Jürgen Dudda (born January 6, 1952 , † December 25, 2004 ) was a German football player . For Eintracht Braunschweig he played 27 league games in the Bundesliga from 1971 to 1973 and scored two goals.

Career

From Viktoria Wilhelmsburg, Jürgen Dudda came to HSV Barmbek-Uhlenhorst for the 1970/71 round . Under coach Edgar "Edu" Preuss, the offensive player made his debut on the second game day, August 23, 1970, at the home game against VfB Lübeck in the then second-class regional soccer league North . At the side of teammates like Erhard Schwerin (goalkeeper), Willi Giesemann , Ernst Kreuz , Rolf Höfert , Klaus Fock and Horst Engel , he completed 33 league games and scored seven goals. Often he formed the attack of BU together with Engel and Fock, which finished fifth at the end of the round. He moved for the 1971/72 season from HSV Barmbek-Uhlenhorst to Bundesliga club Eintracht Braunschweig .

In the next two years he played 27 Bundesliga games at Braunschweig. Under coach Otto Knefler , the attacker from Hamburg made his debut on September 11, 1971 in a home draw against Hamburger SV 1-1 in the Bundesliga. He was substituted on for Dietmar Erler . At the end of the round, Dudda had 18 appearances with two goals and Braunschweig was 12th with veterans Horst Wolter , Joachim Bäse , Wolfgang Grzyb , Peter Kaack and Klaus Gerwien . In his second season with Braunschweig he added nine more missions. However, Eintracht rose as penultimate in the regional league. In the last year of the old second-class regional league, 1973/74 , Dudda came for the later champions and Bundesliga promoted Eintracht Braunschweig in August / September 1973 on three missions against St. Pauli, Phoenix Lübeck and Heider SV. Then he switched to league rivals VfL Wolfsburg during the first half of the season .

At VfL Dudda made his debut on November 10, 1973, at the home game against his former club from Braunschweig. The team of coach Imre Farkaszinski sat down with two goals by Wolfgang Wallek with 2: 0 by gates. The Wolfsburg midfield started with Wilfried Ahnefeld , Karl-Heinz Borutta and Dudda. In the first season of the newly introduced 2nd Bundesliga , 1974/75, he completed 25 league games at the side of Wolf-Rüdiger Krause and Wilfried Kemmer and scored six goals. Coach Farkaszinski was replaced by Fritz Schollmeyer at the turn of the year, but at the end of the round VfL was relegated to the amateur camp as 19th from the 2nd Bundesliga. The immediate return to the 2nd Bundesliga was successful in the 1975/76 season. But even in the second attempt, in 1976/77, Wolfsburg did not bring the required level of performance for the 2nd division onto the pitch. Dudda made 30 appearances with two goals, but VfL immediately relegated to the amateur camp. The replacement of Paul Kietzmann as coach by Radoslav Momirski could not prevent this. Dudda then spent another station at Union Salzgitter .
