Jamie Robson (born December 19, 1997 in Perth ) is a Scottish football player who plays for Dundee United .

Career

Jamie Robson began his career with the Coupar Angus Boys Club before joining the Glasgow Rangers at a young age . From there he moved to Dundee FC , and as a 12-year-old to Dundee United . For United he played until his professional debut in the club's Youth Academy . In June 2014 he signed his first professional contract. At the age of 17, he made his debut for the Tangerines first team in the third round of the Scottish League Cup against Dunfermline Athletic in September 2015 when he was in the starting line-up. After Jackie McNamara was released, he took overMixu Paatelainen coached in Dundee, Robson was awarded as a result from March to May 2016 to the Scottish third division club Brechin City . In six games of the rest of the third division season 2015/16 he scored two goals as a left full-back, including the 1-0 winner against FC Stranraer . In the following season he returned to Dundee United, now playing in the second division. There he scored the first goal in the Tangerines jersey on matchday three in the game against Ayr United .
