Jana Rae Kramer (* 2. December 1983 in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American actress and Country - singer .
life and career
Jana Kramer embodied many supporting roles in US series and films. In 2009, she got into the drama series One Tree Hill as the recurring character Alex Dupré . From the 14th episode of the seventh season to the second episode of the ninth season, she was one of the main characters in the series.
In addition to her acting career, Kramer is also active as a singer and songwriter . On February 8, 2011, she released her first single I Won't Give Up in the United States .
On July 4, 2010, Kramer married her fellow actor Johnathon Schaech , whom she met in 2008 on the set for the film Prom Night . However, the couple separated after just a month of marriage and Kramer filed for divorce.
In addition to English, she also speaks German.
