Jane Lisa Isakson (born October 15, 1965 in Edmonton , Alberta ) is a former Canadian biathlete .

Jane Isakson was a student at her active career. The Edmonton biathlete from Camrose Ski Club began biathlon in 1984. Internationally, she has been internationally active since the late 1980s. At the Biathlon World Championships in Feistritz , she finished 34th in both the individual and the sprint. In the 1989/90 season , the Canadian won her first World Cup points in Ruhpolding as 25th in the individual and 18th in the sprint. The 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville brought the ranks 54 in the individual, 50 in the pursuit and together with Lise Meloche and Myriam Bédard Elf with the relay. In Lillehammer , Isakson was only used in the relay at the 1994 Winter Olympics . With Bédard, Meloche and Inger-Kristin Berg , she finished in 15th place. At the Biathlon World Championships in Canmore in 1994 , the Canadian was able to run to sixth place in the non-Olympic team competitions with Meloche, Berg and Yvonne Visser . After the season, Isakson ended her active career.
