Jared N. Ross (born December 3, 1984 in Stony Island , Nova Scotia ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who was last under contract with SC Riessersee in the 2nd Bundesliga ice hockey .

Career

Ross began his ice hockey career in 2005 with the team at the US St. Lawrence University in the ECAC Hockey , a division of the National Collegiate Athletic Association . In 2009, he left his team for two play-off games of the Elmira Jackals in the ECHL and played the following season first for the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League , a farm team of the NHL - franchises Boston Bruins . After missing the play-offs , he moved to the Reading Royals in the ECHL, where he stayed until the end of the play-offs of the 2010/11 season . Ross completed six more games for the Peoria Rivermen in 2011 before venturing to Europe. After the 2011/12 season of the 2nd Bundesliga ice hockey had already started, he was signed by the Lausitzer Füchsen .
In July 2012 it was announced that Ross was moving to league competitor SC Riessersee .
