Jason Fletcher Wright (born February 1, 1971 in St. Louis , Missouri ) is an American author and journalist .

Life

Wright is the son of Willard Samuel Wright and Sandra Fletcher Wright. Until 1975 he lived and traveled with his family through Europe (including Germany ) and Brazil , then lived in Chicago and ultimately grew up in Charlottesville . In the 1990s he worked as an actor in two films: 1990 in Troll 2 , 1994 in Fields of Gold . He graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah and works as a freelance journalist, author, speaker and political advisor.

Wright's columns and articles have appeared on CNN and Fox News, as well as over 100 newspapers, magazines and websites in the United States, including The Washington Times , Chicago Tribune and Forbes .

Wright has been publishing novels since 2004. The novel The Wednesday Letters made it to number six in the New York Times bestseller . He also appeared in the bestsellers of the Wall Street Journal and USA Today .

He has been married since 1993 and has two daughters and two sons. The family lives in the state of Virginia .
