JayJay Jackpot (civil: Janina-Dominique Buse ; born November 9, 1987 ; † April 14, 2020 in Hanover ) was a German web video producer , comedian , influencer and amateur actress .

Life

After Buse for a time under the stage name Essence of gangsta rap had been active scene of Hanover, she started on her YouTube channel as a fictional character JayJay Jackpot videos to publish in which they appeared as dim-witted, self-proclaimed "Explain blonde". The videos dealt with topics such as “I explain what homosapien is because you don't know that”, “I explain why women get their days” or “I explain what academics are”. She also gave cosmetic advice such as “If you don't have lipstick, use nail polish” or “This is how you make your own vegetarian fruit tree”. “Like a Barbie”, analogous to “Like a Boss”, was one of her standard slogans when she explained to the audience how a cliché blonde copes with everyday life. The channel recently had more than 273,000 subscribers. By the end of 2016, Buse published over 180 videos on YouTube and received invitations to appear on Sat.1 breakfast television . The JayJay Jackpot character has been the subject of various articles. Buse also published her videos on Facebook and Instagram .

Short video clips from JayJay Jackpot were shown in 2015 in the 12th season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar , in which she explained terms such as sound designer, timbre or key as a sidekick by Dieter Bohlen . Shortly thereafter, Bild also signed her. In the four-part docusoap - comedy television series shot in 2016, Attention, the Dietrichs are coming! , which was broadcast on RTL II from 2017 , she played the role of daughter JayJay Dietrich.

From the end of 2016, Buse had to take a three-year break due to a heart disease that had been diagnosed at the age of 12. On April 14, 2020, at the age of 32, she succumbed to her heart condition at the Hanover Medical School after several weeks of hospitalization in the presence of her parents.

Buse last lived with her parents in Neustadt am Rübenberge near Hanover. She had two younger sisters.
