Jean Reverchon (born January 3, 1964 in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés ) is a French carom player in the disciplines of billiards artistique (art push) and three-cushion and three-time world champion.

Career

Jean followed in his father's footsteps early on in the game of billiards. He played regularly at the l'Académie de Billard in Wagram , where he enthusiastically watched the best players from the various leagues. He was particularly fascinated by the art push game.

After three years in the free game , he switched to three cushion and won his first French championship title with the team.

From 1984 Reverchon switched to the art push and gained his first experience there. He soon became a specialist in this variant of the three-cushion game and the most successful French player. He has played as a professional in both camps since 1993 and has collected no fewer than 51 titles at national level. His greatest successes are three world and one European championship titles.
