Aubynn played in his youth with Gunnilse IS , with whom he won the 1995 youth championship. Out of adolescence, he moved up to the professional team and completed 43 second division games for them in two seasons and scored 15 goals.

In the 1997/98 season - when he moved to Germany - he was only used nine times for the regional league team of FC Bayern Munich . Since he was unable to assert himself, he returned to Sweden after only one season . First he played at Halmstads BK , with whom he became champions in 2000, before moving to league rivals Örgryte IS in 2002 and establishing himself as a regular.

In the summer of 2003 Aubynn left Sweden and moved to Denmark for the first division club Aarhus GF . After a year and a half, he returned to Sweden in 2005 and played for the first division club Hammarby IF . Here he became a regular player and in 2006 played his way back to the national team. In the summer of 2007 he left his home country again and moved to Norway for the first division club Aalesunds FK . It was speculated about a monthly earnings of 150,000 Swedish kronor . In November 2007 he announced that he did not want to extend his expiring contract. After rejecting an offer from SK Sturm Graz , he signed a two-year contract with Malmö FF with an option for another season. In the 2008 season he played 26 of 30 season games; with the club, however, when he was sixth in the table, he missed qualification for participation in the European cup competition.

For the 2012 season he moved to league rivals GAIS Göteborg , for whom he made his debut on April 6, 2012 (2nd matchday) in the 1: 2 defeat against Åtvidabergs FF and against this club on August 4, 2012 (18th matchday) in the 2nd : 2-draw in the home game with the penalty to the final score scored his first league goal.
