Jesús Moliné Labarta
Jesús Moliné Labarte (born January 29, 1939 in Puebla de Alfindén ) is a Spanish clergyman and emeritus bishop of Chiclayo .
Life
Jesús Moliné Labarte was ordained a priest on March 28, 1965 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Coadjutor Bishop of Chiclayo on February 8, 1997 . He received his episcopal ordination on March 19 of the same year by the Bishop of Chiclayo, Ignacio María de Orbegozo y Goicoechea ; Co- consecrators were Oscar Rolando Cantuarias Pastor , Archbishop of Piura , and Fortunato Baldelli , Apostolic Nuncio in Peru .
After Ignacio María de Orbegozo y Goicoechea's death , he succeeded him on May 4, 1998 as Bishop of Chiclayo.
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on November 3, 2014.
