Jess Gonchor

Jess Gonchor (born July 15, 1962 in New York City , USA ) is an American production and production designer.

Life

Gonchor got his passion for art in the theater and lighting department of Mamaroneck High School . He received a bachelor's degree in technical theater from the State University of New York . He began his career on off-off Broadway . Meanwhile, Gonchor has also directed commercials , most of which are about a drug-free America .
Gonchor has worked with the Coen brothers six times . His most successful project so far was True Grit , for which he u. a. an Oscar nominationreceived. He received another Oscar nomination for his work on Hail, Caesar! (2016).
