Baby Mama is an American comedy film from the year 2008 . Directed by Michael McCullers , who also wrote the script.

action

Kate Holbrook is a successful single businesswoman. She wants to have a child, but learns that at the age of 37 she hardly has a chance. Worker Angie Ostrowiski is said to be fertilized in the clinic run by Chaffee Bicknell and to give birth to a child for Holbrook.

The fertilization is unsuccessful, however, whereupon Angie sleeps with Carl and becomes pregnant by him, which she does not know at first. She fakes pregnancy in front of Kate until she learns she is really pregnant. But she still lets Kate believe that the child is hers. The cheating is noticed at a baby party for Kate and Angie. There Angie learns that the baby doesn't necessarily have to be her own, it could just as well be Kate's. Kate is angry and sends Angie to a hotel for the near future. Meanwhile, Kate meets with former attorney Rob; the two become a couple. A DNA test proves Angie's baby is what hits Kate hard. When Angie's water bursts, she takes Kate to the hospital and forgives her. There Angie gives birth to a healthy girl, Stefani, and Kate learns that she is pregnant. Kate and Rob then get married and have their baby together.
