The songs Who Laughs Last and The Resurrection were produced by the music producer Kingsize, while Monroe contributed the beat to the title song Now we come back to things . The instrumental for Please Spitte 2010 comes from Serious Sam, and Niemehr4free Beats produced the track Dream .
Cover design
The album cover shows the same motif as Eko Fresh's first EP Now we come to the things from 2001: You can see an orange octopus wearing headphones and a purple baseball cap and having one of his tentacles around a rapper. The background is purple and the white lettering Eko Fresh and Now let's get back to things are on the top left .

On the website rappers.in , the EP was rated four out of a possible six points. It is a good comeback, even if Eko Fresh is rapping “not necessarily the same as before”, because you can tell that he is “a certain maturation process”. The title song and Dream are particularly praised, whereas the 2010 Please Spitte is viewed negatively. The subject would, however, "not be enough to fill an entire album".
