Ek to the Roots is the sixth solo album by the German rapper Eko Fresh . It was released on August 31, 2012 on the Sony Music label Seven Days Music as a standard edition and limited fan box. Each album consists of a double CD.

Ek to the Roots entered the German album charts at number 3. It stayed in the German charts for three weeks. In Switzerland the album reached number 4 and was also able to stay in the charts for 3 weeks. In Austria, 10th place was the highest ranking. There the album stayed in the charts for 2 weeks.
