James "Jim" Wilson is an American singer and guitarist . He is a member of the band Motor Sister and previously played with Mother Superior , the Rollins Band and Pearl .

Career

Wilson is from the US state of Delaware and later moved to Los Angeles . Here he founded the blues rock / hard rock band Mother Superior in 1993 , with whom he released eight studio albums. After the third studio album Deep by Henry Rollins was produced, the three musicians were from Mother Superior of the Rollins Band and played one of these two studio albums. In 2004, Wilson founded the band Pearl together with the singer Pearl Aday and her husband and guitarist Scott Ian ( Anthrax ). In 2014, Wilson founded the band Motor Sister with Pearl Aday, Scott Ian, Joey Vera (including Armored Saint , Fates Warning ) and John Tempesta (including White Zombie , The Cult ).
