Joachim Lampe (born November 1, 1949 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer and former member of the Hamburg Parliament for the CDU .

Life

Lampe graduated from high school for boys at Kaiser-Friedrich-Ufer in Hamburg in 1969 and then studied law at the University of Hamburg until 1973 . The first state examination in law followed in 1973 and the second in 1976 .

In 1966 he joined the Junge Union , of which he was deputy state chairman from 1973 to 1979. In 1968 he became a member of the CDU and rose to chair the CDU state committee. An office that he held until the 1990s. From 1974 to 1981 he was chairman of the CDU local association in Fuhlsbüttel . From 1974 to 1978 he was a member of the district assembly in the Hamburg-Nord district and from 1975 to 1978 he was a member of the Fuhlsbüttel local committee. In November 1974, he and his fellow party member Berndt Röder spoke out in favor of stricter implementation of the night flight ban at Hamburg Airport . In the following year he spoke out in favor of realizing the large Kaltenkirchen airport , because Fuhlsbüttel airport was unacceptable for the surrounding residents due to noise, exhaust gas and safety reasons. From June 1978 on he became a member of the Hamburg Parliament. On September 5, 1983, he resigned his mandate for professional reasons. Even after retiring from the citizenry, he continued to be involved in the CDU. In the mid-1980s, for example, he was deputy chairman of the CDU district association Hamburg-Nord.

Immediately after his second state examination in 1976, Joachim Lampe began his professional career when he joined the administration of Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) in Hamburg. Except for two years (1978 to 1980) he stayed in the station for the rest of his professional life. From 1988 on, he headed the largest division there, the production department. The broadcaster 's broadcasting council elected him as deputy director in 1995. Lampe represented the NDR on a number of supervisory boards and at the ARD level. He took early retirement in 2007 for health reasons.
