Johann Christian Adam Gerhard

Johann Christian Adam Gerhard (t) (born August 17, 1780 in Lindig ; † May 6, 1837 in Dorndorf ) was a German organ builder.

Life

As the son of the organ builder Christian August Gerhard , Johann Christian Adam belonged to the third generation of organ builders of the Gerhard family in Thuringia. He married in Dorndorf in 1814 and moved the workshop there that his father had run in Lindig .
