Johann George von Einsiedel

Johann George von Einsiedel , from 1745 Count von Einsiedel , (* May 24, 1692 , † January 17, 1760 in Bayreuth ) was a Saxon court official. He was first court marshal in Dresden and was raised to the rank of count as a representative of the Scharfenstein line on September 9, 1745 during the Electoral Saxon imperial vicariate of Elector Friedrich August II of Saxony .

Life

Johann George was the eldest son of the Privy Councilor and Chief Chamberlain Hans Haubold von Einsiedel (1654–1700) from the Saxon noble family Einsiedel . After the death of his brother in 1746, he inherited all the holdings of the Scharfenstein line, including the Seidenberg - Reibersdorf estate .

In 1748 he acquired from Benedicta Margareta von Löwendal her rule Saathain in the office of Hayn .

On October 29, 1749, Johann George von Einsiedel sold the mines and smelting works he owned in the Sangerhausen office , which his mother had acquired in 1704, to the mayor and council of the city of Sangerhausen . He also owned the Bahren estate in the Neustädter Kreis.

On November 4, 1720 he married Eva Charlotte Friederike Countess von Flemming (1705–1758), daughter of General Joachim Friedrich von Flemming , and had the following children:

His body was transferred from Bayreuth to Wolkenburg and buried there in silence on January 22, 1760.
