Johann Rothmüller
Johann Rothmüller (born July 1, 1882 in Vienna ; † October 3, 1965 there ) was an Austrian architect .
Life
Rothmüller graduated from a foreman school in 1919. From 1912 he worked commercially as a builder and probably from 1916 as an architect and from 1919 as a draftsman . In 1921 he founded a construction company together with Alfred Mautner in Mauer near Vienna . Their first joint work was the construction of the monumental film Sodom and Gomorrah . The construction company was dissolved in 1931 and Mautner had to emigrate to England in 1938 . Rothmüller continued to work as an architect and as a court expert.
Johann Rothmüller had been married to Maria Haupt since 1919, who brought five children into the marriage. After his death he was buried in the Vienna Central Cemetery.

- Regional health insurance fund in Liesing (built in 1930; together with Leopold Schumm )
- Residential complex Wolfganggasse 50–52 in Vienna- Meidling (built 1943)
