Johann Weishaupt

Johann Weishaupt (born January 3, 1886 in Mützenich , † June 28, 1962 in Simmerath ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, Weishaupt completed an apprenticeship as a baker and an apprentice in agriculture. He worked in Mützenich as a baker and as a farmer . He was married and had eight children.

He was a member of the district council of the former Monschau district from December 19, 1945 to February 24, 1949 and from March 19, 1961 to his death on June 28, 1962. From July 16, 1946 to February 15, 1949 he was district administrator of the district.

On October 25, 1962, Weishaupt received the large silver plaque from the Rhineland Chamber of Agriculture .
