Viktor Freiherr von Solemacher-Antweiler ( baptized name: Johann Viktor Ludwig Andreas Georg ; born April 16, 1889 in Berlin , † January 12, 1945 in Wiesbaden ) was a German district administrator .

Viktor von Solemacher-Antweiler came from the Rhenish noble family of Solemacher and attended the knight academy in Göttingen and graduated from high school in 1908 . This was followed by studies of law in Bonn , Kiel , Strasbourg and Münster . Appointed court trainee in 1912 , he switched to administration and became trainee lawyer with the Cologne district government . From August 1914 to February 3, 1916 he was deputy district administrator in Euskirchen . In 1917 he was appointed government assessor at the Düsseldorf district government , and in 1919 he joined the Reich Commissioner for the Occupied Territories. From May 15 to August 5, 1920 he represented the district administrator in Monschau and was transferred to the Oberpräsidium Koblenz in December . As a member of the government he was assigned to the police headquarters in Magdeburg in July 1921 and transferred to the police headquarters in Berlin in August of the following year.
