Jonah Bobo (born January 24, 1997 in New York City , New York ) is an American child actor and actor , best known for his role in the movie Zathura .

life and career

The son of Denise Raimi and Scot Raimi gained first notoriety in films such as The Best Thief in the World and Searching for Traces - Detours to Truth . This was followed by a leading role in the adventure film Zathura - A Space Adventure as the brother of Josh Hutcherson's character, for which he was nominated for the first time in 2006 for a Young Artist Award , in the category Best Actor in a Feature Film - Ten Years or Younger .
