Young Artist Awards 2006

The Young Artist Awards 2006 were presented by the Young Artist Foundation , a non-profit organization founded in 1979 , on March 25, 2006 at Sportsmen's Lodge, a hotel in Studio City , Los Angeles . It is the 27th award since it was first presented in 1979 . The award was presented in a total of 34 categories for outstanding achievements by young actors and actresses in the fields of film , television and theater .
