action
One day, Chicken Junior rings the school bell out of the blue at Oakey Oaks. With the warning that everyone should run for their lives, he panics the whole city. After everyone has calmed down a bit, Chicken Junior explains that a hexagonal piece of sky fell on his head while he was sitting under the large oak tree. Ashamed, his father, Bruno Hühnchen, the legendary ex-superstar of the local baseball club, has to make it clear to his son that it can only be an acorn and that there is no danger whatsoever.
A year later, Chicken Junior is still being mocked for the sky-falls-a-story. Only his friends, who are also all outsiders, stick with him: the talkative duck Susi Schnatter, the voracious domestic pig Ed von Speck and the curious exchange fish Luigi Forello.
In order to finally forget the acorn disgrace from back then and to make his father proud, Chicken Junior tries to become a star of his baseball team. And in fact, in an important game, he manages a home run after two failed attempts . The following night another strange object falls from the sky on his head. In order not to be immediately portrayed as crazy by everyone again, this time he only confides in his friends. When Luigi discovers a hidden button on the object and presses it, both suddenly fly back into the sky. The amazed friends follow the unknown object to free Luigi. You have to realize is that the ominous subject part of an invisible alien - spaceship is. In search of Luigi, the three friends also get inside the spaceship. There they discover, among other things, a strange-looking creature that has an orange plush fur and three eyes. They are discovered by robot-like machines and escape from the spaceship. On their escape, they ring the school tower bell and cause another panic in Oakey Oaks. Once again the adults are late and no one sees the spaceship. Chicken Junior is frustrated that even his father won't believe him. However, there is another problem: Nobody noticed that the orange alien was also left on Earth. As it turns out, this alien is still a child and the aliens in the spaceship believe it has been kidnapped. So they head back to Oakey Oaks with a whole fleet to get the kid back. So it comes to an invasion of numerous spaceships and the residents have to realize that Chicken Junior told the truth.
Chicken Junior and his friends decide to help the aliens find their child. Junior's father also supports his son in this task. Ultimately, everything turns out for the better and the residents of Oakey Oaks learn that the robots are just a transportation system for the aliens. It also turns out that they have been stopping by Oakey Oaks for a long time because they want to stock up on acorns.
The story of Chicken Junior is even being filmed by Hollywood and at the end of the film you can see the friends watching this movie in the cinema. Chicken Junior also fell in love with Susi Schnatter.

Reviews
“ The anti-alien fighting chick cannot keep up with Madagascar and The Incredibles . But there is still enough cackle. “ Cinema
“ Wonderfully crazy! In a brightly colored setting, 'Himmel und Huhn' ignites a gag fireworks display with crazy comical slapstick and a lot of emotion - especially through the heart-warming father-son relationship, which is strongly reminiscent of 'Finding Nemo'. Sure, the story of the lovable loser who mutates into a hero is not very original; the alien story also comes suddenly. But kids will still get their money's worth with cool music (including REM), the sugar-sweet chicken and the voices of Kim Frank and Verona Pooth. “ TV Movie
