action
The film consists of ten segments:

- shows two warring families (a " Hatfield-McCoy feud "), each of which dies in a shootout, except for one member. The remaining, Henry Martin and Grace McCoy, marry and continue the conflict in the common house after the wedding.
- Blue Bayou
- shows the story of a majestic crane that lands in a river and rises to join other cranes in a moonlit sky.
- All the cats join in
- shows teenagers going to dance.
- Without you
- shows a petal falling that turns into a tear; Light shows a love letter that contains the lyrics to the song, and rain washes pictures onto a window that explains the lyrics.
- Casey at the Bat
- tells the story of Mighty Casey, a baseball player who no longer hits the ball.
- Two silhouettes
- shows two characters dancing a ballet in which the boy meets, loses and finds the girl again.
- Peter and the Wolf
- shows the story of Peter who goes on a hunt for the wolf with a duck, a cat and a bird (see also Peter and the Wolf by Sergei Prokofiev ).
- After you're gone
