Alexandra Ludwig (born June 17, 1965 in Munich ) is a German voice actress .

life and career

Through her father, the voice actor and dialogue director Kurt E. Ludwig , Alexandra Ludwig started dubbing as a child. She lent her voice to the character Ylvi in the animated series Wickie and the strong men . She later established herself as the German standard voice actress for Jennifer Jason Leigh (e.g. in Female, Single, Young Looking ... , eXistenZ or Road to Perdition ). She also spoke u. a. Winona Ryder in Edward Scissorhands , Maria Pitillo in Godzilla, and Charlize Theron in 15 Minutes of Fame .

In addition, Alexandra Ludwig dubbed several leading roles in television series, such as B. Josie Bissett in Melrose Place , Paula Devicq in Party of Five , Geraldine Somerville in Just in Fitz or, most recently, Kathryn Erbe in Criminal Intent .

Alexandra Ludwig was married to her colleague Florian Halm and later to Oliver Mink .
