William Moseley (actor)
William Peter Moseley (born April 27, 1987 in Sheepscombe , Gloucestershire ) is a British film actor .
Life
William Moseley is the oldest of three children of British cameraman Peter Moseley . Moseley showed an interest in acting at school. When he was 10 years old, casting agent Pippa Hall became aware of him. Moseley made his film debut in 1998 in Charles Beeson's drama Cider with Rosie in an extra role without text.
After Moseley had a supporting role as Forrester in Stuart Orme's drama Goodbye, Mr. Chips (2002), casting began for Andrew Adamson's fantasy film The Chronicles of Narnia: The King of Narnia (2005), which Pippa Hall directed. It took 18 months for Moseley to receive approval to play Peter Pevensie, one of the main characters in the CS Lewis novel . He also played the role of Peter in the sequels to the Narnia film series , Prince Caspian of Narnia (2008) and The Journey on Dawn (2010).
Before he got the role of Peter Pevensie, Moseley had gone to countless auditions, including in Harry Potter for the role of Ron Weasley, but was never hired. After a two-year hiatus, he returned in 2012 with a guest role in Perception . He then had leading roles in the films Street Run - You are your limit and The silent mountain . While filming The Silent Mountain , Moseley was struck by lightning, but was able to continue filming after only a short time.
Since March 2015, Moseley has played the leading role of Prince Liam in E! - The Royals drama series .
