Jonas Brammen (born July 19, 1997 in Hagen ) is a German football goalkeeper who has been playing for 1. FC Kaan-Marienborn in the Regionalliga West since July 2018 .

Career

Jonas Brammen was born in Hagen and started playing football there at the age of five for Eintracht Hohenlimburg . His next training club was the SC Berchum / Garenfeld, where he played from the F to the C youth. He spent the first year in the B-youth at Rot Weiss Ahlen before his father Theodor Brammen made an inquiry at SC Paderborn 07 and Brammen was finally accepted into their youth department after a trial training session.

In January 2015 Brammen, who was playing in the A-youth at the time, was renamed to the winter training camp of the SC Paderborn first team, which was then playing in the 2nd Bundesliga, because the regular second goalkeeper Daniel Lück was injured. In the subsequent second half of the season, Brammen was appointed twice to the squad for second division point games, the first time in an away game at Karlsruher SC on matchday 24. In the following summer break, in May 2016, Brammen signed a two-year contract as a professional until 2018. At the beginning of the 2016/17 season, Brammen was the second goalkeeper of the Paderborn third division team and therefore consistently in the squad for competitive games. He made his debut in a 3-0 home defeat against Hansa Rostock on matchday 10, when he replaced the ailing goalkeeper Lukas Kruse at halftime . Shortly afterwards, Brammen was also injured, he broke the middle bone of his right hand and fell out for a long time. In July 2017, the contract of Brammen in Paderborn was terminated by mutual agreement. After that, the goalkeeper was without a club for half a year until he moved to the upper division FC Gütersloh . After half a year in Gütersloh, Brammen moved to 1. FC Kaan-Marienborn .
