Jeron Al-Hazaimeh (born February 13, 1992 in Düsseldorf ) is a German soccer player .

Life

Contrary to what his last name suggests, Al-Hazaimeh has no migration background. The surname comes from an earlier marriage of his mother Angelika with a Jordanian, but she kept the surname so that all of her children had the same surname. His father's name is Winfried and like his mother he played football at Fortuna Düsseldorf.

After his marriage in December 2013, he had his surname corrected by Hazaimeh in Al-Hazaimeh , as it had previously been incorrectly transferred from the birth certificate to the passport papers during the translation.

Career

As a child, Jeron Al-Hazaimeh played soccer in the south of Düsseldorf for SV Wersten and SFD '75 . When he was ten, he moved to Fortuna and went through the other youth teams there. With the U-19 of the club he played for two years in the A-Jugend-Bundesliga West.

Already in his last year of youth, the central defender was brought into the second team of Fortuna in the regional league in the last quarter of the season and was also used there as a regular player. In the 2011/12 season he was permanently included in the U-23 squad and was part of the first team. Once he was allowed to go to an away game as a substitute for the first team, but was not used. The professional team made it to the Bundesliga this year , which increased their distance to the team. So he was no longer in the professional squad the following year. In addition, the season of the regional league team went very badly and when the team found themselves in last place in the table at the end of November 2012, they lost their regular place before the winter break.

At the turn of the year I got in touch with Chemnitzer FC , who were looking for an alternative to defend against the third division team . The contract with Düsseldorf, which was still valid until the end of the season, was then dissolved and Al-Hazaimeh signed with the Saxons for one and a half years. There he was part of the extended squad and when a defender was canceled on March 2, 2013 due to a suspension, he made his professional debut over the full season against the second team of VfB Stuttgart . A little later he came to other missions, but then had to take a break due to an injury. In summer 2014, his contract in Chemnitz was not extended.

Al-Hazaimeh then moved to the Regionalliga West to Sportfreunde Lotte , with whom he rose to the 3rd division in 2016 . Jeron Al-Hazaimeh is considered a tough player and has been yellowed eleven times and sent off four times in the Regionalliga in a year and a half. For the 2016/17 season , Al-Hazaimeh moved to the third division Prussia Münster . After his contract in Münster was not extended, he switched back to Sportfreunde Lotte for the 2018/2019 season .
