Josafá Menezes da Silva (born January 2, 1959 in Salinas da Margarida , Bahia , Brazil ) is a Brazilian clergyman and appointed Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vitória da Conquista .

Life

Josafá Menezes da Silva received on 14 May in 1989 by the Archbishop of Sao Salvador da Bahia , Lucas Moreira Neves Cardinal OP , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 12 January 2005 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of rubber in Byzacena and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Sao Salvador da Bahia.
