Jose Elmer Imas Mangalinao

Jose Elmer Imas Mangalinao (born April 7, 1960 in Cabiao , Nueva Ecija , Philippines ) is a Filipino clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Bayombong .

Life

Jose Elmer Imas Mangalinao received on 15 October 1985 by the Bishop of Cabanatuan , Ciceron Santa Maria Tumbocon , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 31 May 2016 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Urusi and auxiliary bishop in Lingayen-Dagupan . The Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan, Socrates Buenaventura Villegas , donated him episcopal ordination on August 22nd of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Cabanatuan, Sofronio Aguirre Bancud SSS , and the Bishop Emeritus of Tarlac , Florentino Ferrer Cinense .

On May 24, 2018, the Pope appointed him Bishop of Bayombong. The inauguration took place on July 25th of the same year.
