Josef Dvořáček
Josef Dvořáček (born March 20, 1952 ) is a former Czech table tennis player and vice European champion.
Dvořáček achieved his first international successes at the European Youth Championships, where he won the title with the Czechoslovak team in 1968 and 1969. In 1969 he reached the semi-finals in singles. At the European Championships for adults in 1980, he was vice European champion in singles behind the Englishman John Hilton . Two years later he won silver with the Czechoslovak team and in 1984 bronze with Jindřich Panský , Vladislav Broda and Miroslav Broda . At the European ranking tournament TOP-12 , he finished fourth in 1981.
From 1973 to 1983 he was represented at five world championships . With Alica Grofová he came in 1973 in mixed on a 3rd place. 1979 (with Milan Orlowski and Jindřich Panský) and 1981 (with Milan Orlowski , Jindřich Panský , Vladislav Broda and Miroslav Broda ) he also achieved bronze in the team.
In 1984 Dvořáček ended his international career. He left the Czechoslovak association TTT Vítkovice and moved to Germany:

- 1997 - 2000: DJK SB Regensburg
- 2000 - ????: DJK SV Bad Höhenstadt
In 1995 he became European champion in singles and doubles for seniors over 40 in Vienna .
