Josie is an English-language studio album by German rock musician Peter Maffay . It contains newly recorded songs from the musician's first three studio albums.

Publications

The album was not available in Germany. In 1982 Josie was released in Great Britain as a double LP together with the English-language album It's You I Want to Live With as It's You / Josie . This was also only available as an import record in Germany. Both versions are now considered rarities. The serial number of the first publication on Telefunken is "GL 1815", that of the double LP has the number "Teldec 66.28 206 DT".

Under the name It's You Josie , the albums were to be released as a double CD by Ariola in 2002 . The publication was canceled without giving a reason, a CD is not yet available.
