Sonne in der Nacht is the 12th studio album by Teldec , released in 1985 by the German singer Peter Maffay , who worked as a producer alongside Peter Hauke and Peter Wagner . A digitally revised version of the long player was released in 2006.
In Germany and Switzerland , Sonne reached the top position of the album charts at night . The disconnected title song rose to number 38 on the singles chart in Germany and number four on the airplay charts . Also One word breaks the silence became a radio hit and climbed in early 1986 in the corresponding charts on position 17th
