Jost-Dietrich Busch

Jost-Dietrich Busch (born April 29, 1935 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official.

Life

Four ancestors of Busch were professors at the Philipps University of Marburg : the physicians Johann Jakob Busch (1727–1786), Johann David Busch (1755–1833) and Dietrich Wilhelm Busch (1788–1858) and his grandfather, the historian Wilhelm Busch ( 1861-1929). As the son of a naval officer, Jost-Dietrich Busch also began to study law (in the first semester also history) in Marburg. On February 20, 1955, he was reciprocated in the Corps Rhenania-Strasbourg in Marburg . When he was inactive , he switched to the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität . In 1958 he was also active in the friendly Corps Hansea Bonn . On May 24, 1958, he passed the legal traineeship before the Cologne Higher Regional Court . He completed his preparatory service in Schleswig-Holstein (especially in Kiel), in Munich, Hamburg, Bonn and Brussels. He passed the assessor examination on October 31, 1963 at the joint examination office in Hamburg. With a thesis on the mitigation of punishment he was on 31 July 1964 in Marburg Dr. iur. PhD.

In the same year he entered the administrative service of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. After working on the draft of the State Administrative Law (Schleswig-Holstein) for almost a year , he was seconded to the Oldenburg district in Holstein until December 1966 . In 1967/68 he took part in a training course for the Federal Minister of the Interior for use in international tasks. In 1968 he was delegated to the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. It was used in the HR department and the technical assistance department. Returning to the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Interior in 1973 , he was head of department and deputy head of department in the constitution, legislation and service law department for 19 years . He was responsible for the state constitution, state legislation, administrative law and procedures, law on administrative costs and representatives of the public interest before the Schleswig-Holstein Administrative Court and the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Administrative Court . In 1991 he came to administrative assistance in the Ministry of the Interior and Europe of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . He was responsible for setting up the state administration and state legislation in the new state . As a Ministerialrat he was implemented in 1992 as head of the municipal constitutional law department and as deputy head of the municipal department. In 1997 he was retired at his own request.

The Corps Holsatia awarded him the ribbon in 2005. He has been married to Dorothee born in 1966. Hedde. The marriage has two daughters and one son.
