Joyce Marie Giraud de Ohoven (* 4. April 1975 as Joyce Marie Giraud Mojica in Aguas Buenas ), better known as Joyce Giraud , is a Puerto Rican actress and model .
life and career
Joyce Giraud was born in 1975 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rican. Giraud was discovered by a model scout at the age of 15 in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. She attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and left it with two Bachelor of Arts at the age of 19. In 1998 she was named Miss Puerto Rico and participated in the Miss Universe 1998 election, where she was third. Joyce Giraud was on the cover of Variety magazine in 2004 and also on the Latin American magazine Open Your Eyes. She was also in a US Coca-Cola - commercial to see.
In 2000 she starred in the television series Baywatch - The Lifeguards of Malibu as Rachel for an episode. In the same year it stood for the comedy Dude, where is my car? in front of the camera, but was not mentioned in the credits. She played a model in Reich und Schön for two episodes . In the comedy Silly Movie 2.0 , Giraud played the leading female role Julie alongside Eric Roberts and Michael Jackson . Guest appearances in Hotel Zack & Cody and Joey followed in 2005 . From 2007 to 2011 she was seen in 20 episodes as Angel in the House of Payne series . As a Spanish television reporter, she was given a role in The Blind , starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara .
Private
Joyce Giraud is married to the German film producer Michael Ohoven . Legally she took his last name as Giraud de Ohoven , but continues to appear in public as Giraud. The two are parents of two sons.
