Juan Pardo Domínguez (born September 24, 1993 in the province of Málaga ) is a professional Spanish poker player .

Personal

Pardo studied sports science and physics in Seville . He then moved to Cardiff .

Poker career

Pardo has been playing poker since he was 19. He plays online under the nicknames malaka $ tyle ( PokerStars ) , bigpescado69 ( partypoker ) , malakiascf ( 888poker ) and juanpardo99 ( bwin ) . He has been taking part in renowned live tournaments since 2016 .

Pardo reached two final tables at partypoker Millions' super high roller events in Barcelona in April 2018 . He took second and fifth place and received prize money of 600,000 euros . At the end of April 2018, he won a side event at the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Monte-Carlo with a prize money of over 200,000 euros. In June 2018 Pardo was the first time in the World Series of Poker in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas successful and came in four tournaments of the variant No-Limit Hold'em in the money. In June and July 2019, he won the Aria 10K at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas four times and secured prize money of more than $ 530,000 . At the end of August 2019, Pardo prevailed at high roller events of the EPT in Barcelona on two consecutive days and received prize money of more than 1.7 million euros due to another final table.

Overall, Pardo has earned more than $ 3.5 million in poker in live tournaments.
