Julian Winston Sebastian Fernando SSS (born January 16, 1945 in Moratuwa ) is Bishop of Badulla .
Life
Julian Winston Sebastian Fernando joined the religious order of the Eucharist and was ordained a priest on September 6, 1975 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on March 3, 1997 Bishop of Badulla .
He received his episcopal ordination from the Apostolic Nuncio in Sri Lanka , Osvaldo Padilla , on June 14 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Nicholas Marcus Fernando , Archbishop of Colombo , and Edmund Joseph Fernando OMI , Former Bishop of Badulla.
