The Bistum Badulla ( lat. : Dioecesis Badullana ) is in Sri Lanka preferred Roman Catholic diocese based in Badulla . It includes the province of Uva .

history

The diocese Badulla was on December 18, 1972 by Pope Paul VI. Erected from cession of territory by the Diocese of Kandy and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Colombo as a suffragan .
