Julie Brown (actress)
Julie Ann Brown (born August 31, 1958 in Van Nuys , California ) is an American actress and screenwriter .
Life
Brown made his debut in 1980 on an episode of the television series Happy Days . In the horror film Bloody Birthday she played one of the bigger roles. She also played a bigger role alongside Geena Davis , Jeff Goldblum , Jim Carrey and Damon Wayans in the science fiction comedy Zebo, the third from the center of the stars , in which she was involved in the script.
Her script for the television show Medusa: Dare to Be Truthful brought Brown the 1993 Writers Guild of America Award . She also directed the show with John Fortenberry and played the title role of Medusa.
In the drama Fat Rose and Squeaky , she took on the title role of Squeaky. She also played a bigger role in the music comedy Camp Rock with Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas and she also wrote the script.
Brown was married to actor Terrence E. McNally from 1983 to 1989 . In 1994 she married the screenwriter Ken Rathjen, with whom she has a child.
