Juma Al Dhaheri

Juma Al Dhaheri (born July 15, 1975 ) is an ice hockey player from the United Arab Emirates .

Career

Juma Al Dhaheri took part for the national ice hockey team of the United Arab Emirates in the World Cup of Division III 2010 and the qualification for the World Cup of Division III 2013 . They also took part in the squad of his country in the years 2007 and 2011 at the Winter Asian Games as well as in the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 at the IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia . In 2009 and 2012 he and his team won the gold medal, and in 2010 and 2011 the silver medal. In 2012 he competed for the United Arab Emirates in the golf ice hockey championship , where he and his team won the tournament.

At club level, Al Dhaheri, who initially played football for the Al Ain Club in the junior division up to the age of 14, competes for the Abu Dhabi Storms from the Emirates Ice Hockey League . He also works for the United Arab Emirates Ice Hockey Federation and as the manager of the Abu Dhabi Ice Sports Club.
