Jurij Walerijowytsch Dyachenko ( Ukrainian Юрій Валерійович Дяченко , Russian Юрий Валерьевич Дьяченко / Yuri Valeryevich Dyachenko; * 2. June 1982 in Kiev , Ukrainian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a former Ukrainian hockey player who spent most of his career in Russia, but with the HK Sokil Kiev was two Ukrainian champions .

Career

Yuri Djachenko began his career as a hockey player with Lokomotive Yaroslavl , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Russian Pervaya League . After spending the 2000/01 season in his native Kiev, where he played for HK Berkut Kiew and HK Kiew , he returned to Russia and played there for various clubs. With Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk , HK Sibir Novosibirsk and Vitjas Chekhov , he played in the Superliga , which was the highest Russian division at the time. In 2007 he finally returned to Kiev and joined the HK Sokil Kiev , with whom he first played in the Russian Vysschaya League and from 2009 in the Belarusian Extra League. He also played in the Ukrainian league . In 2008 and 2009 he was Ukrainian champion with Sokil . In 2010 he ended his career.

International

Dyachenko took part in the U20 World Cup in Division I in 2001 with the Ukrainian juniors . In the senior division, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in the top division in 2006 and division I in 2008 and 2009 .
