According to the adjustment regulations , they wore a hat with a plumed plumage as it was prescribed for the military doctors. The rest of the uniforms were based on the applicable regulations for the infantry officers of the German infantry, the blue-gray pantaloons (long trousers) were equipped with passepoils in the equalization color scarlet red. The buttons were smooth and yellow.

The officers of the army class had the privilege to wear the bandage as a service badge. The infantry officer's saber was used as a side arm.
