The 1985 Super League was the third season of the highest South Korean football league . The league consisted of eight clubs; six clubs were professional teams ( Hallelujah FC , Yukong Elephants , Daewoo Royals , POSCO Atoms , Lucky-Goldstar Hwangso and Hyundai Horang-i ), the other two ( Hanil Bank FC and Sangmu FC ) were amateurs.

The league began on April 13 and ended on November 22, 1985. The season was divided into three rounds. The point system changed back to the 2-point rule .
