Cabinet Gabriel

The Gabriel cabinet formed the state government of Lower Saxony from December 15, 1999 to March 4, 2003 . Sigmar Gabriel was elected Prime Minister on December 15, 1999 . In accordance with Article 29 of the Lower Saxony Constitution , he appointed the ministers. Together with them he formed the state government of Lower Saxony according to Article 28 of the Lower Saxony constitution . The government was reorganized at the end of 2000.
