Cabinet Albrecht V
The Albrecht V cabinet formed the state government of Lower Saxony from July 9, 1986 to June 21, 1990 . It was created after the state elections on June 15, 1986 . In the state elections on May 13, 1990 , the SPD (44.2%) was the strongest party ahead of the CDU (42.0%); Gerhard Schröder became prime minister and formed a red-green coalition ( cabinet list here ).
