Government of the Republic of Estonia under the State Elder Constantine Päts (Cabinet Päts II). Term of office: August 2, 1923 to March 26, 1924.

According to official counts, the Päts government was the 11th government of the Republic of Estonia since independence was declared in 1918. It remained in office for 239 days.
The coalition government included:
- Põllumeeste Kogud (Association of Farmers, PC)
- Eesti Tööerakond (Estonian Labor Party, ETE)
- Kristlik Rahvaerakond (Christian People's Party, KRE)
- Eesti Rahvaerakond (Estonian People's Party, ER)
On February 19, 1924, the two ministers of the Estonian Labor Party resigned from the cabinet. The government fell apart. On March 26th, Friedrich Karl Akel formed a new government .
