Government of the Republic of Estonia under the State Elder Constantine Päts (Cabinet Päts III). Term of office: February 12, 1931 to February 19, 1932.

The government of Pät was officially the 20th government of the Republic of Estonia since independence was declared in 1918. It remained in office for 373 days.

The coalition government included:

The government resigned when a new power constellation in parliament ( Riigikogu ) had formed in January 1932 through the union of several factions and parties . It was replaced by a new government under State Elder Jaan Teemant on February 19, 1932. Due to the parliamentary elections in May 1932, however, this only remained in office for a short time.
