The Teemant government was officially the 21st government of the Republic of Estonia since independence was proclaimed in 1918. It remained in office for 152 days.
The government consisted of representatives from two associations:
- On January 28, 1932, the "Association of Farmers" ( Põllumeeste Kogud ) with the Põllumeeste, Asunikkude ja Väikemaapidajate Koondus ("Association of Agrarians, Settlers and Small Farmers") merged to form the " Party of United Farmers " ( Ühinenud Põllumeeste Erakond ).
- On January 29, 1932, the "National Center Party" ( Rahvuslik Keskerakond ) emerged from an association of the Estonian People's Party ( Eesti Rahvaerakond ) and the Estonian Labor Party ( Eesti Tööerakond ).
From May 21 to 23, 1932 the elections for the 5th legislative period of the Estonian Parliament ( Riigikogu ) took place. On July 19, 1932, Karl Einbund ( Kaarel Eenpalu ) formed a new government.
