The Steltzer II cabinet formed the state government of Schleswig-Holstein from November 23, 1946 to April 29, 1947 . The formation of the cabinet took place on the order of the British Military Governor (Regional Commissioner) Hugh Vivian Champion de Crespigny . With the Provisional Constitution of 1946, it was de facto under parliamentary control .
